2003 INDOOR AIR QUALITY (IAQ) TOOLS FOR SCHOOLS (TfS) PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION AND IAQ TRAINING -- Region 3: EPA Region 3 is soliciting applications (RFA) for cooperative agreements or grants to support activities that directly implement EPA's Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)Program in school districts or schools. This request also addresses IAQ training opportunities to help initiate and implement EPA's Tools for Schools (Tfs) Program in school districts or schools and also addresses the need for training courses to provide outreach and education on current IAQ topics in Region 3. Training programs can address basic and/or specific IAQ topics that contribute to a greater awareness and support or directly influence the implementation of EPA's IAQ TfS Program. Innovative activities that directly contribute to implementation of IAQ management plans at least equivalent to EPA's IAQ TfS Program will also be considered.
