2004 National Prisoner Survey of Sexual Assault: The 2004 National Prisoner Survey of Sexual Assault Solicitation (BJS) (Solicitation) (Online Registration: September 26, 2003 - Application due by: October 22, 2003) The purpose of this notice is to obtain a collection agent through a Cooperative Agreement to develop, design, and field test a survey instrument for the National Prisoner Survey of Sexual Assault (NPS-SA), and to prepare an implementation plan for fielding the NPS-SA in 2005. The NPS-SA will consist of an Audio Computer-Assisted Self-Interview (ACASI) instrument administered to inmates in correctional facilities.
