2007 National Census of State Court Prosecutors: The 2007 National Census of State Court Prosecutors Solicitation (NCSP-07) seeks a data collection agent to administer the survey. The NCSP-07 will focus on both the administration of prosecution activities and the emerging types of cases and knowledge now required from all chief litigating prosecutors who handle felony cases in State courts. These data will cover a variety of topics including innovative prosecution techniques and special topics: salary, budgets, computer crimes, homeland security, identity theft, sex offenders, forensic and DNA evidence, child exploitation, domestic violence, juvenile delinquency, community prosecution strategies, and work-related assaults and threats. BJS anticipates making one award for an 18-month period under this solicitation. All applications are due by 5:00 p.m. eastern time on Thursday, March 29, 2007.
