Grant Description
The African Programs Branch, Office of Academic Exchange Programs of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs announces an open competition for the 2007 Summer Institute for English Language Educators from South Africa. Accredited, post-secondary educational institutions meeting the provisions described in Internal Revenue Code section 26 USC 501(c)(3) may submit proposals to provide a six-week training program for approximately 28 English language educators from South Africa. Subject to availability of funds, one grant will be awarded to conduct the 2007 Institute.
