2009 The Institute for the Improvement of Minority Health and Health Disparities in the Delta Region: The purpose of the Delta Region Institute Cooperative Agreement is to establish a collaborative multi-state programmatic framework to address significant health disparities impacting minorities residing within the Delta Region.
