2017 Partnerships for Implementing Hawaiian Monk Seal Species in the Spotlight Priority Recovery Actions: The National Marine Fisheries Service (hereinafter, "NMFS") is soliciting competitive applications for the fiscal year 2017 Partnerships for Hawaiian Monk Seal Species in the Spotlight Priority Recovery Actions.
