2017 Preservation, Restoration, and Rehabilitation of Historic Landscape at Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historic Park: This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service (NPS), intention to fund the following project activities without competition as it is a TA under an existing CA.Specifically, The Foundation agrees to:1 Assist in the preservation, restoration, and rehabilitation of the federally owned historic landscapes of the Park (“the historic zone” as defined in Park legislation). See Attachment B for Scope of Work.a. Lawn Mowingb. Pathway Maintenance c. Spring and Fall Clean-upsd. Arboriculture – tree and shrub care2. Solicit, select, and issue sub-awards for any and all work performed under the Agreement as agreed to by the NPS.3. Provide for non-Federal funds from the Woodstock Foundation-managed MBR Fund for the Specialized/Enhanced Work on the Historic Landscape.4. Review and approve the project proposal submitted by the NPS for the preservation, restoration, and rehabilitation of the Historic Landscape funded by the MBR Fund.5. Use the financial assistance awarded by this agreement to achieve the purposes in the manner outlined in the submitted budget and workplan.
