2017 Vermont Youth Conservation Corps Partnership Program at Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Repair /Rehab Historic Carriage Roads and Trails on Mount Tom: Develop and implement two Vermont Youth Conservation Community Corps crews.
