AFRL/ML FY07 & FY08 Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Minority Institutions, (HBCU/MI) Set Aside Program: Multiple awards are anticipated approximately 3 months from announcement date. Anticipated budget is expected to be a total of $400,000 using fiscal year 2007 and 2008 funding. The effort is estimated to last 16 months - 12 months for technical effort and four (4) months for completion of a final report. With an option for a 16 month follow-on - 12 months for technical effort and four (4) months for completion of a final report. A cost-type type contract award is contemplated.
