Access Call for Proposal: The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Embassy Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina announces an open competition for Grant Proposals for the administration of the English Access Microscholarship Program (Access), which provides English-language instruction to 13 to 20 year-old disadvantaged pupils, to include pupils from urban, rural and/or ethnic minority regions of Bosnia and Herzegovina
This call is for proposals to administer the Access program for 15 and 17 years olds from different ethnic groups in the cities Busovaca and Travnik, with instruction beginning in September, 2015.
The Access Program is expected to fund two-years of after-school classes and enhancement activities for approximately twenty to twenty five pupils per city, at a cost of no more than a total of $ 33,000. Local and international non-governmental organizations and educational institutions may submit Grant Proposals to design, implement, and administer the Access Program in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
