Accountability For Development (A4D): The purpose of the Accountability for Development (A4D) activity is to improve overall public service delivery by the Government of Côte d'Ivoire (GoCI) for women and youth in target areas. The main objectives of the activity are to: (1) Strengthen the capacity of non-state actors in providing oversight of, and advocacy for better service delivery in their communities and (2)Provide support to the GoCI to implement existing accountability and oversight tools and mechanisms to provide information and receive inputs from non-state actors.
