Grant Description: The purpose ofthis document is to advise the public that NOAA Office of Education is soliciting proposals to administer the Ernest F. Hollings Undergraduate Scholarship Program commencing no earlier than October 1, 2007. The Ernest F. Hollings (Hollings) Scholarship Program was established through the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005 (Public Law 108-447).
