Alaskas National Wildlife Refuge System Notice of Availability of Federal Assistance, 2007 Request for Proposals: Projects will only be considered if they are on or in close proximity with one of the 16 National Wildlife Refuges in Alaska. This is a federal matching funds program which leverages federal dollars with non-federal sources.
