State governments. Additional Information on Eligibility: Eligible Applicants. Awards will be made to agencies of State Governments. The applicant agency is encouraged to have the support and active involvement of the Single State Agency on Aging. Only one application per State will be funded; however, multiple state and local agencies are encouraged to collaborate in planning and carrying out the project
Grant Description
The Administration on Aging announces the under this program announcement it will hold a competition for grant awards with two different project periods: (A)approximately two (2) to three(3) one year projects at a Federal share of approximately $150,00 to $225,000 per year for a project period of one year. A total of $450,000 has been allocated for these grants. (B) approximately 20 three year projects at a Federal share of approximately $225,000 to $350,000 (annually) for a period of three years. A total of $6,100,000 has been allocated for these grants
