Amtrak Grant for Moynihan Station Phase II - Back of House Design: Pursuant to the P.L. 103-211, Emergency Supplemental Appropriations and Rescissions Act, 1994 (February 12, 1994) and P.L. 103-331, Department of Transportation and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1995 (September 30, 1994), the National Passenger Railroad Corporation (Amtrak) is eligible to receive up to $339,000.00 to support design efforts related to the Farley Building's use as a train station and commercial center.

In order to receive these funds, Amtrak must complete the grant application and submit the following items electronically: Cover Letter; Application for Federal Assistance SF-424; SF-424B Assurances - Non-Construction Programs; and signed copies of the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Railroad Administration Assurances and Certification forms (http://www.fra.dot.gov/downloads/admin/assurancesandcertifications.pdf)
