Grant Description
Through this APS, the United States Government (USG), as represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Program in Angola, is inviting applications (proposals for funding) from any U.S. or non-U.S., non-profit or for-profit nongovernmental organization (NGO), public international organization (PIO or IO), or other qualified and legal non-USG organization (or consortia), to implement activities in support of its democracy program goal of Constituencies Promoting Democratic Governance Strengthened. This program is authorized in accordance with the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended. Awards shall be made in accordance with 22 CFR 226, OMB Circulars A-21 (for universities) or A-122 (for non-profit organizations), ADS 303 and USAID Standard Provisions.
