Archives Cataloging and Preservation for Alaska Park Units: The goal of this Agreement is to provide opportunities for a student or entry-level professional to work side-by-side with NPS professional staff to obtain experience in complex archives issues and projects. This project will provide the background experience by which emerging professionals may make long-term career goals and decisions. Selected individuals will have an opportunity to learn and participate in park operational areas including but not limited to natural and cultural resource management. Research associates (RA) will be provided work assignments and developmental opportunities, specific to the project to which they are assigned.
