All types of domestic entities are eligible to apply, except other Federal agencies, Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) Contractors, and nonprofit organizations described in section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 that engaged in lobbying activities after December 31, 1995.
Grant Description
Under this area of interest, applicants will maintain and disseminate regulatory and technical information for the Weatherization network. The specific objectives under this area of interest are to: A) maintain and update the Weatherization Assistance Program Technical Assistance Center (WAPTAC) website; B) conduct/coordinate orientation training for new state Weatherization directors; C.) develop materials for the WAP Public Information Campaign; D.) Maintain the System of Integrating and Reviewing Technologies and Techniques (SIRTT); and E.) participate in energy related conferences.
