- This is a single source award to Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, Winona, Minnesota. The PI has an extensive background in condition assessments and working at a landscape scale. GeoSpatial Services (GSS) is a Saint Mary's Univesity of Minnesota (SMU)environmental and geospatial project center and a prgram under the Schools for Graduate and Professional Programs. GSS began in 1997 growing to become a significant provider of wetland mapping, geospatial data development, GIS-based web services, and environmental services.
