Eligibility for this program is limited to the National Public Health Laboratory of the Ministry of Public Health Haiti - Ministere de la Sante Publique et de la Population (MSPP). No other applications are solicited.
Grant Description
The purpose of this funding opportunity announcement is to continue to develop the National Public Health Laboratory (NPHL) in Haiti and to establish its lead role in the post-earthquake and cholera response activities by providing critical technical assistance for the implementation of surveillance surveys for public health decision making. This FOA is designed as a temporary award to respond to cholera and other emergency diseases that may occur during the project period, while a competitive FOA is developed and long-term partner identified.
