- Grant Description
- This project provides funding for assistance for visibility data analysis and image display techniques. The funding provides for ongoing research at the Colorado State University to enhance scientific understanding of causes of visibility degradation and atmospheric loading to ecosystems, in order to help air pollution control agencies and land managers know how to protest those vistas and ecosystems. This project will be issued as a task agreement, on a non-competitive basis to Colorado State University under an existing Coopertiave Ecosystem Studies Unit Cooperative Agreement Number H2370094000. This is a notice of intent and non competitive award in accordance with Department of Interior Policy, Department Manual 505DM2.
