Grant Description: The purpose of Amendment 03 to BAA05-03 is to change the language in the Proposer Information Pamphlet (PIP) related to the ?associated cost baseline? for the Virginia Class Submarine (VCS). The following is applicable: Paragraph 2.1.1 Technology Demonstration Area 1: Shaftless Propulsion is updated as follows: DELETE: The applicable VCS metrics and associated cost baseline will be provided in a separate classified document. Instructions to obtain this document will be posted after the Proposers? Day Conference on the Tango Bravo website, http://www.darpa.mil/ato/solicit/tangobravo/index.htm. INSERT: The applicable VIRGINA Class metrics are available in a separate classified document. Instructions for obtaining this document are available on the Tango Bravo website, http://www.darpa.mil/ato/solicit/tangobravo/index.htm. The VIRGINIA Class cost baseline will be provided after contract award to efforts selected under this solicitation.
