BJA FY 18 Tribal Civil and Criminal Legal Assistance Grants, Training and Technical Assistance: The TCCLA Program provides civil and criminal legal assistance to low income individuals, Indian tribes, and tribal justice systems, and provides quality training and technical assistance (TTA) to TCCLA grantees and Indian tribes to support the development and enhancement of tribal justice systems and access to those systems.
