BJA FY 19 Enhanced Collaborative Model (ECM) Task Force to Combat Human Trafficking: Supporting Law Enforcement's Role: The purpose of this solicitation is to support law enforcement entities in building capacity and operational effectiveness as a core member of a collaborative, multidisciplinary human trafficking task force. Eligible applicants must operate as part of a multidisciplinary human trafficking task force and identify and partner with victim service providers to offer comprehensive services to all victims of human trafficking.
