BLM CA Headwaters Forest Reserve Community Stewardship - Ed Program: The BLM seeks a partner to establish a Friends of Headwaters group to support the mission of Headwaters and the National Conservation Lands. The recipient will support this mission by coordinating and recruiting volunteers, providing environmental education and recreation services/events, and promoting the conservation/stewardship of the unique resources of Headwaters.
