Grant Description
Cooperatively establish and Operation of a Fish Recovery Rearing Facility. Work cooperatively with federal, state, and non-profit agencies involved in the Mattole River watershed to create a facility and rear fish as part of endangered species recovery program. Activities would include but are not limited to assisting with facility creation or modification, assisting with fish capture, assisting with fish transport, assisting with fish rearing, assisting with fish release. Monitoring, evelop, design, and implement fish monitoring projects in the Mattole River watershed. Such monitoring may include but not limited to projects to detect target fish populations for rearing and examine the effectiveness of the rearing project.
