Grant Description

The purpose of this agreement is to establish procedures for cooperation and coordination in planning and programming for oil and gas inspections of Jicarilla Apache leases with a goal of increasing the frequency of inspections providing for the uniform application of regulation and timely communications between the Bureau of Land Management and the Jicarilla Apache Nation in the performance of their regulatory functions.
