Grant Description: This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the Bureau of Land Management's intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition. The BLM Elko District Office, Emergency Stabilization and Rehabilitation (ESR) Program currently has 41 post-fire ESR projects. This agreement will assist the ESR Invasive Species Program to inventory, treat and evaluate treatments and also assist the Monitoring Team to implement project monitoring sites.
