BLM NV Nevada Ecological Site Descriptions State and Transition Models Development: The BLM seeks a partner for the purpose of developing ecological site descriptions and state and transition models for groups of upland rangeland ecological sites by Major Land Resource Areas in Nevada.This modification number 1 is to extend the Request for Applications (RFA) closing date from July 20, 2012 to July 30, 2012.
