Grant Description: The purpose of this project is to develop a monitoring protocol that will provide an accurate estimate of the population as well as establish management thresholds. The goal of this project is to resurvey populations on BLM land and establish a monitoring protocol that will be rigorous enough to detect change and can therefore provide the necessary information to decide if management is required.
