- This project will provide increased coordination on weed control efforts across multiple jurisdictions in Malheur County. This effort will build partnerships among local, State, Federal, and private landowners. Maintaining and improving lands in good condition provides many benefits to society in terms of healthy watersheds, better wildlife habitat, and increased livestock forage. The agreement objective is to implement weed management actions in a coordinated effort to improve wildlife habitat, watershed function, scenic quality, and ecological health.
