This announcement is to provide public notice of the Bureau of Land Management's intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: This stewardship project will involve the Western Shasta Resource Conservation District, which is a special district within the State of California, assisting the BLM with planning and implementing resource management projects within the Chappie-Shasta Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) Management Area.
