Basic Research in the Pathogenesis of HIV-Related Heart, Lung, and Blood (HLB) Diseases in Adults and Children (R21): This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) invites basic research project grant (R21) applications to investigate the fundamental mechanisms underlying the pathogenesis of HIV-related heart, lung, and/or blood (HLB) diseases alone and in the context of antiretroviral therapy (ART).
