Bay-Delta Restoration Program: CALFED Water Use Efficiency Grants, California Bay-Delta Constituents: The Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region, intends to issue a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA), Bay-Delta Restoration Program: CALFED Water Use Efficiency Grants, for a Grant Agreement(s) pursuant to the authority of Water Supply, Reliability, and Environmental Improvement Act, Title I, California Water Security and Environmental Enhancement, Public Law 108-361 and Public Law 111-11, Section 9504(a). The principal feature of the work is to invite any State, Indian Tribe, irrigation or water district, or other organization with water or power delivery authority to leverage their money and resources by cost sharing with Reclamation on projects emphasizing water use efficiency and conservation activities that result in benefits for the California Bay-Delta.
