Behavioral Science Track Award for Rapid Transition (B/START)(R03): This announcement is being reissued in order to allow for the final two submission dates of the B/START program, June 1, 2006 and October 1, 2006, through the Electronic Submission process. New or Resubmitted (amended) applications will no longer be accepted after October 1, 2006. NIMH invites newly independent investigators to submit applications for small-scale exploratory or pilot research projects related to the behavioral science mission of the NIMH.
