Additional Information on Eligibility
There is not an application process for the Biostatistical Design and Analysis project. This is a notice of intent to award the University of California, Davis a single source agreement of $51,655 under justification 505 DM 2.14 (B4).
Grant Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) desires to work with a vendor able to assist in biostatistical design and analysis of datasets collected at National Wildlife Refuges (NWR). The project will include monitoring sampling design and analysis of legacy datasets collected on NWR in Region 8. Substantial involvement on the part of the USFWS is anticipated for the successful completion of funded objectives of the project. The USFWS intends to work jointly with research partners to develop monitoring sampling design protocols and analysis of existing datasets collected on NWR. Service biologists will work closely with researchers to learn analysis techniques and provide ecological interpretation of the statistical results. The award of contracts, modifications, or change orders and performance of all work on projects shall be exclusively within the control of the Government.
