The purpose of this project is to support a cooperative effort between the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and a partner to provide public awareness, development and implementation of educational and interpretive programs services, public outreach; land conservation, maintenance or protection projects, and other programs and activities for public benefit on the BLM administered public land at the Black Rock Desert - High Rock Canyon Emigrant Trails National Conservation Area and associated Wilderness (NCA) and surrounding public lands within the State of Nevada.
