Boating Infrastructure Grant Program Request for Proposals - FY 2009: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is accepting applications for the Boating Infrastructure Grant Program (BIG) for Fiscal Year 2009. The BIG provides funding for all States, the District of Columbia, Commonwealths, and territories that construct, renovate, and maintain either publicly or privately owned boating infrastructure tie-up facilities for transient, nontrailerable recreational vessels. These facilities must provide public access to get BIG funding.
