Bridging Research Interactions through Collaborative Development Grants in Energy (BRIDGE): I. The purpose of this amendment is to make the Letter of Intent to Apply optional. Due to DOE's concerns about the dissemination of the new requirements imposed by Amendment 002, Letters of Intent will not be required for eligibility to apply to the BRIDGE FOA.
