Additional Information on Eligibility: The State Administrative Agency (SAA) designated by the governor, is the only agency eligible to apply for FY05 BZPP grant funds. The SAA is responsible for obligating BZPP awards to the responsible jurisdiction(s) that have authority over the curtillage and property around the identified critical infrastructure and key resource (CI/KR) sites.

The BZPP Program grant awards are for project grants, and may be used for planning, equipment, and management of protective actions as related to the program objectives, and will be administered by the respective State Administrative Agency (SAA). The SAA will allocate BZPP funds to the jurisdiction(s) in which the CI/KR sites are located.
