Building Capacity to Deliver High Quality HIV Prevention, Care and Treatment Services for Key Populations and People Living with HIV in the Caribbean Region under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief: In the Caribbean, the HIV/AIDS epidemic is concentrated among KP, including MSM, SW and TG individuals. Within a TA framework, CDC CRO aims to support MOHs as they strive to reach the UNAIDS 90:90:90 targets. This FOA will expand the capacity of Caribbean MOHs to strategically address the HIV epidemics by supporting sustainable national efforts to improve and scale up high impact combination prevention along the HIV COPCT
