Building an Integrated Data Harvester and Analysis Software for the Methow Basin: This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the Bureau of Reclamations intent to fund the following project without full and open competition. It is the intent of Reclamation to enter into a Cooperative Agreement with University of Idaho (U of I) whereby U of I will build an Integrated Data Harvester and Analysis Software for the Methow Basin with future linkages to Columbia River Basin (CRB) data management. This proposed project will provide a critical link to move data faster from data depositories and servers in the CRB into data summary, analysis and ecological modeling. U of I offers expertise and knowledge necessary for building the Integrated Data Harvester and Analysis Software for the Methow Basin. The Pacific Northwest Cooperative Ecosystems Studies Unit (PNW CESU) is a cooperative venture between 17 leading academic institutions in the Pacific Northwest region. Reclamation and U of I are partners under the PNW CESU. The proposed Cooperative Agreement will be entered into under the terms and conditions of the PNW CESU.
