Building the Capacity of Civil Society and Worker Organizations in Peru: Subject to the availability of funds, the USDOL, Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) will award one cooperative agreement for a technical assistance project to improve the capacity of civil society or worker organizations in Peru to protect workers’ rights, especially in non-traditional export sectors. USDOL anticipates publishing the Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) in August 2015 (this date is subject to change).
