- This project focuses specifically on placement of graduate student fellows in the CESU Network national office, which has national reach across NPS programs particularly in the arena of natural and cultural resource research, technical assistance, and capacity building as well as other allied federal agencies and agency programs. This action will be processed as a task agreement on a non-competitive basis to the University of Montana under the existing Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit Cooperative Agreement H2370094000. This is a notice on intent of a non competitive award in accordance with Department of Interior Policy, Department Manual 505DM2.
