- The purpose of this project is to support increased understanding of the CESU Network, including levels of participation by CESU partners, geographic and temporal distribution of projects and project partners, capture and reporting of project data and vital statistics (e.g., project funding, student involvement, project outputs and publications, topical coverage), best practices for ongoing needs assessment and program planning and evaluation, and areas to target for future actions. This action will be issued as a task agreement on a non-competitive basis to University of Montana under the existing Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit Cooperative Agreement H2370094000. This is a notice of intent of a non competitive award in accordance with Department of Interior Policy, Department Manual 505DM2.
