CIVIL SOCIETY PARTICIPATION IN HAITI'S BUDGETARY PROCESS: USAID/Haiti’s Office of Governing, Justly and Democratically will support an eighteen month (18) program aimed at supporting civil society in their efforts to increase government transparency and accountability in financial matters.
