CIVIL SOCIETY PARTICIPATION IN HAITI'S BUDGETARY PROCESS: USAID/Haitis Office of Governing, Justly and Democratically will support an eighteen month (18) program aimed at supporting civil society in their efforts to increase government transparency and accountability in financial matters.
