CYFAR 4-H Military Partnership Professional Development and Technical Assistance (CMP-PDTA): The goal of the CMPC-PDTA is to provide state of the art support for CYFAR 4-H Military Partnership Program Professional Development and Technical Assistance Program at land-grant universities. - Applications may only be submitted by Cooperative Extension at 1890 Land-grant Institutions, including Tuskegee University, West Virginia State University, and Central State University, 1862 Land-grant Colleges and Universities, and the University of the District of Columbia. Failure to meet an eligibility criterion by the time of application deadline may result in the application being excluded from consideration or, even though an application may be reviewed, will preclude NIFA from making an award.Only one application per land-grant institution will be accepted.
