California Only - King Range Mountain Bicycling Trail System Project: Complete development and construction of primary 15 mile sustainable mountain bike trail loop. Identify, develop and construct additional loop and parallel sustainable mountain bike trails "stacked" or tiered off of the primary loop. Identify, develop, and construct support services infrastructure to necessary to support increased visitor use of area trail heads and campgrounds.
