Capacity Building to Support Local and Indigenous Organizations Providing HIV Prevention and Care in Kenya: PA04261 Summary FedBizOpps/Sec Forecast CDC's Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, Capacity Building to Support Local and Indigenous Organizations Providing HIV Prevention and Care in Kenya. Approximately $12,000,000 is available to fund one or two awards for a three-year project period to public and private nonprofit organizations and faith-based organizations that meet the following criteria: 1.
