Central Africa Forest Ecosystems Conservation: This Request for Applications (RFA) announces a full and open competition to implement the Central Africa Forest Ecosystems Conservation (CAFEC) project for the third phase of the Central Africa Regional Program for the Environment (CARPE) that will be co-financed by USAID and the Government of Norway's International Climate and Forest Initiative (NICFI).
